You should always contact your primary healthcare provider first if you experience any new or worsening medical condition. They will continue to provide your medical care while you are participating in this research study. You should contact your healthcare provider to receive medical care before notifying us of changes in your medical condition.
You should NOT contact us first as there may be a delay between your reporting and our response.
After speaking to your healthcare provider, please call us to report any changes to your medical condition, injury, or illness so we can know your current health status.
To reach VA Boston staff during work hours (7:30 am-4:00 pm EST), call 857-203-5160 or 857-203-6655. If there is no answer, please leave a message with your name and phone number and we will call you back as soon as possible.
