Contact Us

If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric EMERGENCY, please call 911 immediately.

If you are in crisis, call the Veteran’s Crisis Line. Dial 988 then press 1, or text 838255 (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

You should always contact your primary healthcare provider first if you experience any new or worsening medical condition. They will continue to provide your medical care while you are participating in this research study. You should not contact us first.

After speaking to your healthcare provider, you can call us to report any changes to your medical condition, injury, or illness, so we know your current health status. To reach VA Boston staff during work hours (7:30 am – 4:00 pm EST), call 857-203-5160 or 857-203-6655. If there is no answer, please leave a message with your name and phone number, and we will call you back as soon as possible.

If you have any questions about the study, the website, your Fitbit, or any other matters, please do not hesitate to contact us.
